Each device is sourced from corporate returns, lease returns, or verified resellers, then individually inspected, repaired if needed, cleaned, tested, and graded before listing. Every unit we sell passes the same 5-step QC.

Yes — every unit goes through our 5-step QC: visual inspection, burn-in stress test, battery health check, full NIST 800-88 data wipe, and a final hand-off check. The cosmetic grade on each listing tells you the unit's condition before you pay.

01How do I pay — is there a checkout?
We don't run a cart or auto-checkout. Confirm the unit on WhatsApp, then pay via UPI or bank transfer. You'll get a courier tracking link once dispatched.

01Do you ship across India?
Yes — we ship pan-India. The courier and shipping cost are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment, and we share a tracking link once dispatched. Local pickup can be arranged in Bhavnagar.

Yes — confirm availability on WhatsApp and we'll share photos and the cosmetic grade, then arrange a viewing slot. For remote buyers we always send a detailed photo set on request.

01Is there any warranty on the units?
No — all refurbished units are sold as-is with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The cosmetic grade on each listing is your buying-decision tool; we describe every detail we measured so you can buy with full information.

01Can I skip the data wipe?
No. Every storage device is wiped before listing — even if you ask us to. This protects future buyers and removes any liability from your side. If you'd rather bring your own storage, we sell 'no-OS' configurations; just message us.

A / B / C grades and what to expect.
01How are the cosmetic grades decided?
Grade A = like-new, no visible marks. Grade B = light wear (minor scuffs or scratches) that don't affect function. Grade C = heavy cosmetic wear, fully functional. Every product page lists the grade so you know exactly what to expect.

01I need a model not in the catalog. Can you source it?
Most likely yes. Tell us the brand, model family and quantity on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability, ETA, and price within a working day. We source through the same enterprise channels used for our listed stock.
